Over the two years that we have been in room23 we have learned so many new computer skills. This report is to show how our computer skills have developed. They will go to our High School when we leave intermediate. My scores were Skilled and Proficient.

The Digital Classroom 2009

It's a start of a new year, 2009, year 8, in room 23. This year in Room 23 we have 18 brand new flat screen apple i-mac computers in our class. So that means a whole lot more learning to do. We have 2009 programs this year, so everything is a little bit more advanced than the 2004 programs we had last year. There is 7 people who have a computer to them self, the rest have 1 between 2. In our class most people in room23 have stayed in the same class through to year 8. We also have 3 new students. We have the same teacher as last year. I'm looking forward to the year ahead so i can pick up new skills to use later in life.

The Digital Class room

Room 23 is a unique classroom to the all the other classrooms in the school. In our classroom we have 16 apple eMac computers we use our computers for a variety of things.
Working in an I.C.T room feels normal as we have been in the class for the whole year now and we're even lucky enough to be this this classroom next year. We buddy up when we work on the computers but some people don't have to.
Everyone in the class has learnt so much and really appreciates everything our teacher has taught us.
Some of the programs we have learnt are microsft word,
microsoft power point, pages, apple works and keynote.
